As your personal development coach, my focus is to help you achieve clarity of thought on your personal goals, identify strategies and actions to achieve your goals and to hold you accountable to stay focussed and on track. My approach is to help you identify actionable changes that you can implement immediately, leading to  transformational change to achieve your personal goals. 

My coaching approach

My belief is personal potential is like a little box of treasure that we all have within us and while life and the day job gets in the way, your treasure chest is sitting there within you, waiting to be unlocked. When considering personal development coaching, you may have a sense of what is on the top layer of your box of treasure - my role as your coach is to help you root around more and explore with curiosity to uncover and unleash your hidden potential. My approach in helping you achieve your goals, is to act as both coach and supporter over a minimum of 6 coaching sessions, providing a sounding board, coaching tools and techniques to expand your thinking and provide positive challenge helping you to maintain the energy, motivation and momentum to stay on track and reach your potential. 

As a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, I am bound by their code of ethics and confidentiality and continued personal development.

Measuring the impact of your coaching programme

I know that return on investment is at the forefront of my clients minds. Measurement of change is a key step in all of my coaching programmes and I will work with you from the outset on clarity of what you want to achieve and how we will measure progress and achievement of  your goals. At the end of every session we will review progress and make adjustments where necessary to stay on track.

I have been a business and personal coach for 20 years and my passion is helping my clients to unlock and achieve their potential. I coach clients on an individual and group basis in the areas of business growth, developing leadership skills, personal development, building confidence and career development.

As a trained practitioner across a breadth of coaching techniques, tools and psychometric analysis, I take a personalised approach in line with your preferred style and needs and pride myself on creating a space of trust where we can focus on you, your strengths and what is most important to you.  Together we will identify practical and actionable outcomes that you can implement immediately to meet your goals.

In addition, I am a mum and coach to my beautiful (and occasionally mischievous) Cavapoochon pooch , a qualified mental health first-aider , diversity and inclusion champion and I am also in training to become a cancer coach.

What to expect

Goal Alignment Session

When managing the day to day challenges of our busy lives, it is often difficult to find the time to reflect and pin-point the key areas and actions requiring attention to achieve your potential.

The goal alignment session is the most important step of your coaching journey where we spend 90 minutes contracting on the best coaching approach to get the most out of you and exploring what is most important to you and the ideal outcome for your coaching programme.

  • Prioritisation of your personal growth goals


Personal Coaching Sessions

The focus of 1:1 coaching is to empower and inspire you to invest time in your personal growth. A minimum of 6 sessions are advised to achieve and embed your goal objectives and the frequency of our coaching sessions are led by you.

Each coaching session lasts 90 minutes with quality time to discuss and work through your identified challenges. Together, we will work on actionable strategies that you can implement immediately to achieve your goals.
