Marie is an experienced Sales and Marketing capability builder and coach with over 25 years commercial experience within the highly competitive Pharmaceutical sector.
Prior to setting up Red Thread Strategies, Marie gained a breadth of commercial capability building experience, leading and coaching sales and marketing teams across Oncology, Cardiology, Fertiity and Neurology within 3 of the top 5 UK & ROI Pharma companies, delivering exceptional growth for brands across the full product life-cycle.
As a strategic capability building coach, trainer and facilitator - people development and a creative approach to building capabilities for impact is at the heart of everything she delivers.
At Red Thread Strategies, Marie partners with Business Leaders and Business Owners who have identified the need to build their capabilities for future growth and are open to objective, expert help to achieve their business goals.
And a coach who listens
Marie has been a business and personal coach for 20 years and her passion is helping her clients to unlock and achieve their potential. She coaches clients on an individual and group basis in the areas of business growth, developing leadership skills, personal development, building confidence and career development.
As a certified coaching practitioner and member of the international coaching federation - Marie is experienced across a breadth of coaching techniques, tools and psychometric analysis, Marie takes a personalised approach in line with your preferred style and needs and prides herself on creating a space of trust where you can focus on you, your strengths and what is most important to you. Together you will identify practical and actionable outcomes that you can implement immediately to meet your goals.
In addition, Marie is a mum and coach to her beautiful (and occasionally mischievous) Cavapoochon pooch , a qualified mental health first-aider , diversity and inclusion champion and is also in training to become a cancer coach.
